The S2 Drop-In BCG in our new Raven coating was developed for Military and Law Enforcement. Raven is a Plasma Enhanced DLC/Teflon composite that offers wear resistance, corrosion protection and increased lubricity at a fraction of the cost compared to Traditional DLC coatings. Priced closer to a Black Nitride coating Raven surpasses its performance and has a stealthy dark gray matte finish. The S2 Carrier is made of 8620 steel while our TacDriver Bolt included made of SAE 9320 steel.
This same coating has been used on Military helicopter blades helping to prolong there lifespan. We belive Raven to be the perfect replacement to Black Nitride with increased performance qualities at a similar cost to Black Nitride.
